A vibrant and expressive Ethiopian coffee from the highlands of Uraga, Guji, where smallholder producers cultivate coffee at elevations approaching 2,000 metres.
This Grade 1 lot is processed as an anaerobic natural, with carefully selected cherries undergoing a controlled fermentation before being slowly dried on raised beds. The result is a remarkably aromatic cup that combines the character of classic Guji coffee with the intense fruit and floral qualities of anaerobic processing.
Expect a bright, complex cup with delicate florals, juicy citrus and layers of ripe fruit, balanced by a clean, elegant finish.
