Our Tumbaga is decaffeinated using the Sugarcane Process, using naturally occurring ethyl acetate derived from sugarcane to gently remove the caffeine while retaining the coffee's flavour and character. The result is a full-flavoured decaf that's perfect for enjoying at any time of the day.

With its balanced body, sweetness and chocolate notes, this is a versatile coffee that works beautifully across espresso, cafeteria and filter brewing.
